KAR is a private local Iraqi company, established in 1999 and headquartered in Erbil, The company start its work along with its group of companies in the field of engineering and construction projects, it has executed more than 2,400 projects, particularly in 2003, in all governorates of Iraq, employing more than 34,000 people, also participating in the Infrastructure Reconstruction Campaign.
