It is being constructed using an investment method, on a land estimated at approximately (90) dunams.

The complex consists of 44 residential buildings, each with eight floors (6 apartments on each floor) and a total number of (2112) residential units with three areas, including a common services area: (142 m2 with two bedrooms, a hall, a living room, two bathrooms and services, 152 m2 with two bedrooms).
